COVID Survival Rates: Raw Data
- As of August 19, 2021, the CDC COVID data tracker lists 37,097,850 cases and 621,344 deaths. This equates to a national case survival rate of 98.3%.
- As of August 19, 2021, data from 29,610,979 cases was available for analysis by age group. This group experienced 515,685 deaths, also pointing towards a national case survival rate of 98.3%.
- Although the August 19, 2021 CDC Covid Data Tracker lists 358.6M administered vaccine doses (for a total of 169.2M fully vaccinated people), the national survival rate was still 98.2% on April 13, 2021 when total adminstered vaccine doses was only 190M.
